Special Order Product
A lot of older product may be available, but not usually kept in stock and will need to be special ordered. To get a special order going, simply contact us via phone, our website, or social media. Once we confirm stock with our distributor, we will process your order.
Shipping & Fulfillment
For both preorders and in stock product, payment is collected and processed immediately and an order confirmation is sent directly to you via email!
For special ordered product, an invoice is sent after we have confirmed your order, payment is due before order is processed. For special order items, we expect to have them in our possession within 5-7 days after processing your order.
